The FAST ARCH

The "FAST ARCH" System was designed and patented because of the excessive time requirements and inconsistency of conventionally formed arch forms. There is an almost total absence of a workable, alternate method in the construction industry. Fast arch forms are designed and fabricated to meet the specific needs of the individual customer. Variations in style and shape are no problem. Consistency and uniformity are always the standard with each order.

Initially the Fast Arch System was invented in 1991, for in-house use by custom home building companies.  It was first created by using machinery and various skills from a duct work and specialty metal company.  It was the use of some sheet metal lay-out skill and an extensive math background to create a simpler, easier and more dependable method of making an arch.  The basic design for the Fast Arch System was developed in less than a day, with the same concept in place ever since.

Although, the initial concept has remained the same, the applications have continued to expand over the years, with modifications, new designs and creative developments added daily.  The original idea was to construct a simple arch form that attaches over a square framed opening to create an arched look that was consistent, uniform and versatile.  While that continues to be the mainstay of the business, the Fast Arch System has been successfully used to construct and simplify a wide valkm;lmriety of previously difficult framing problems.
