The Fast Arch System can be used for interior or exterior applications. Some of the solutions that Fast Arch currently offers, which are beyond the basic archway or niche, and that are available in an infinite number of sizes and shapes are:
  1. Five different types of groined ceilings (common, reverse, circular, intersecting and compound),
  2. Three different shapes of interior and exterior domes (flat, elliptical or full radius),
  3. Any length or shape of barreled hall,
  4. Curved wall stud track, and
  5. Compound curve arches for radioed wall applications.
Since Fast Arch can build “Any Shape, Any Size, Any Time”, it is also presently expanding its product line to fulfill its customer’s requests and will include the following:
  1. Structural grade radiuses and compound radioed box beams and
  2. Cupola-type range hoods.
A Zip Arch is very useful when the exact dimension of an opening varies or is uncertain. With the Zip Arch both the width and depth are adjustable on-site.
Radius Stud Track
Fast Arch also produces a wide range of Radius Stud Track. RST can be used to form curved walls and soffits in both interior and exterior applications.
Groin Ceilings
Usually a Groined Ceiling is very beautiful, yet extremely difficult to build. However, by using the Fast Arch system, it becomes an affordable addition to any floorplan.
Barrels & Domes
Barreled Hallways are quickly created by using a series of fast arches that are spaced at 16-24". Domes of all shapes and sizes are cost effective, simple and accurate with the Fast Arch system.
